Which Coaching Format Works Best for You?

Coaching Sessions: One to four 50-minute calls/sessions per month allow you to consistently make progress, while moving at the pace that’s right for you. Schedule sessions via telephone from anywhere in the world.

Coaching Intensives: These can be several hours, full or multiple-day events. Use them to address a significant current issue or to powerfully jump-start an on-going coaching relationship. Intensives are even more productive when you get out of your own environment and into nature!

Shadow Coaching: Shadowing involves spending time on-site with you or your team to experience your interactions in your environment. If there’s a change you want to make, or a challenge that you’re having trouble getting a handle on, an outside perspective offered in your own work setting can strengthen your presence and effectiveness.

Executive Assessments: Assessments provide a foundation for strengthening your communication skills, career/life satisfaction and your leadership. (Options include profiles such as Now, Discover Your Strengths “Strengthsfinder” and Target Training International’s DISC.)
